The Barns

Both barns are equipped with:

- Washer/dryer

- Combination microwave

- Fridge with freezer compartment

- Dishwasher

- Electric oven and hob

- Food processor

- Iron and ironing board

- TV’s, DVD players, Freeview box & HiFi’s

- Selection of toys

- Selection of reading material.

Buzzard Watch is a single storey barn and sleeps 4, with full access for wheelchair users.  Both bedrooms have ensuite facilities (one having a level access shower).  The bedrooms can either be twin bedded or super-king size.  The exposed roof timbers give a spacious and airy feel to the living areas and large patio doors lead off to the private patio area.  This area can also be accessed directly from one of the bedrooms.  The kitchen is fully equipped and there is electric central heating throughout in addition to a wood burner in the sitting room.  One extra Z bed is available for a small fee.

Valley View sleeps 6 and features reverse level accommodation. The open plan living room has a spacious and airy feel created by its exposed beams. There is a cozy wood burner to supplement the electric central heating. There are three bedrooms all of which are ensuite and can be either twin or super king. Although this is a two storey barn one of the bedrooms (with a level access wetroom) is on the same level as the main living accommodation therefore creating rooms which are accessible to all. A private patio area, which is equipped with seating and barbecue, can be reached directly from the main living room.  Two extra Z beds are available for a small fee.
